Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location.
Some remote areas may take additional time.
3. Delivery Charges:
Free shipping may be available on selected products or above a certain order value.
Otherwise, delivery charges are mentioned at checkout.
4. Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags/labels intact.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or store credit, as applicable.
If eligible, we will send a replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
